Access First Mobility was founded by caregivers and community builders who saw the transportation gap not from a distance — but from within.
After operating Serenity Group Home in Wisconsin, we experienced firsthand how missed rides can derail medical care, disrupt mental health services, and disconnect people from their community. That experience is what motivated us to launch Access First Mobility, to meet a need we lived through and believe deeply in solving.
Our mission is to establish non-emergency medical transportation rooted in compassion, reliability, and strong care coordination. Our leadership team blends direct service experience with operational know-how, HIPAA-compliant planning, and relationships with MCOs, clinics, and residential care programs.
We believe mobility isn’t just about vehicles, it’s about dignity, independence, and access to life. With the right support, we’re ready to deliver it.
